Update on MGAP Activities

Summer 2020

We hope that everyone is keeping well in these extraordinary times. Our plants and trees are fortunately not affected, so Spring is progressing as normal and our gardens are proving to be both a pleasure and a consolation whilst we are all ´locked-down`. Such a pity that this year we cannot go out into the wild to fully enjoy it. But, as gardeners know, there is always next year ……

You will already be aware that following the announcement of Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, we had to cancel our 2020 Spring Fair, due to be held in São Bras on Sunday 22 March. With much regret and until we know when restrictions will be lifted, we have also decided to cancel all events planned to take place during the Spring and Summer.

The next Event we are planning is therefore our Autumn Garden Fair to be held at FISSUL, Silves, on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October. We hope to make this a special event to celebrate coming through what will be a difficult summer.

Once we know how long the current restrictions will last, we may be able to organise something before then, but as we all know, we will have to wait and see how long the current situation continues.
